At Fetch & Nest, we’re committed to delivering your pet’s favourites safely and efficiently. Below you'll find details on shipping timelines, fees, and tracking.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia (all states & territories)

  • New Zealand

  • United States (select products only)


Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Custom or print-on-demand items (e.g., apparel, bowls) may take 5–7 business days before dispatch.


Shipping Times (Estimates)

Standard Shipping:

  • Australia: 7–12 business days

  • New Zealand: 10–15 business days

  • USA: 10–20 business days

Express Shipping (if available):

  • Australia: 3–7 business days

Shipping times may vary due to customs, holidays, or courier delays.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate based on location & weight

  • Free Shipping: On orders over AUD $75 (Australia only)

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

If you haven’t received tracking after 7 business days, contact us at support@fetchandnest.com.au


Delays & Lost Parcels

  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

  • If your order is significantly delayed or lost, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.


Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipping fees.
