Refund policy

At Fetch & Nest, we want you — and your pet — to love every item you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible, non-customised items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns on personalised items, final sale items, or opened pet hygiene products (for safety reasons).

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right — by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A brief reason for the return

  • A photo (if damaged)
